Chief Financial Officer

The Incumbent will be responsible for the management of finance Department, preparation of financial accounts as per international accounting standards, financial planning, budgeting/forecasting, Asset/Liability management, external reporting to the regulatory bodies such as SBP, SECP, Income Tax etc.
Responsible for all taxation matters and preparation of financial statements.
The incumbent will also be responsible for the treasury back office and credit administration related functions

Qualification and Experience

A member of institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan
Having 15 years of relevant post qualification experience, with minimum 5 years in a reputed bank/DFI/financial institution
Sufficient knowledge of code of corporate governance SBP's rules and regulations
