Job Requirements

  • Must be bilingual(Arabic / English)
  • Proven 3 to 5 years experience as Executive
  • Secretary or similar administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office and back office software
  • In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary if relevant industry
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiations abilities
  • Integrity and confidentially
  • Degree in Business Administration or relative field
  • Able to organize and service meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
