GENTING CASINO READING is currently searching for a adoring and reliable Head Chef to work in their Casino kitchen. This position would need suppleness and keenness to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
Job Responsibilities

Make sure that the menus we provide satisfy customer needs and market trends

Provide clear direction and set high values and potential, hopeful a customer-focused attitude at all times

To be familiar with the value of team work and group dynamics, building and maintaining efficient working relationships within the team

To adopt a positive and stretchy attitude to changing priorities and procedures, including shift changes etc.

Make sure that effective communication takes place throughout the team

Prioritize and hand over work within the kitchen team, continually looking for ways of improving the overall effectiveness of the team

To obey with current Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations and Company Health and Safety policy including COSHH and food handling procedures
