A National Health Care NGO requires the services of the DOTS facilitator Social Support for its MDR-TB project at PMDT Site Bahawal Victoria Hospital, Bahawalpur with the following detail

DOTS Facilitator Social Support

One should be responsible for follow up record preparation, social support distribution, smooth functioning and maintenance of record of DR-TB patient as per national guidelines and submissio to the office monthly or as required
2-3 years experience in health sector will be preferred
Working experience in Chest/TB and goof communication skills are desirable
