Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Administrator to join an ever growing team in their Manchester based office.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with great administration experience, good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as function as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Comply at all times with the Compliance Procedures of the firm
  • Preparing documents for client appointments
  • Responding to client’s enquiries and requests
  • Maintain communications with current clients through on-going mailing, email and phone calls
  • Answering phones and taking relevant message
  • Providing administration support to the Directors as required
  • Issue of portfolio valuations to clients ensuring all relevant documentation is attached
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed to a very high standard
  • Liaising with product providers/platforms to obtain information

£8.00 - £8.24 p/hr

Mon-Thurs 10:00-18:00

Fri 09:00-14:00
