Section Head - Materials

Candidates should possess Bachelors degree in engineering preferably coupled with a Business Administration degree

Should have more than 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry or other large manufacturing concerns.

The candidates should have hands-on experience of supply chain management including local and foreign procurement, negotiation and interpersonal skills and experience of ERP System such SAP, Oracle etc.

The person should be fully conversant worth supply chain best practices and should have knowledge of Pakistan Customs Tariffs, HS codes, SROs and CGOs, GOP Directives, Import Tariffs, Customs Procedures, Shipping and Freight Forwarding etc.
Job Responsibilities

Major responsibilities include planning, implementation and monitoring of activities relating to procurement of goods, supplies and services from local/international sources.

The position requires preparation of procurement plans/schedules in accordance with best material procurement practices in a cost effective and transparent manner.
Age should not exceed 45 years.
Engineers - Contracts

Candidate should possess Bachelors degree in Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience preferably in Oil and Gas industry or other large manufacturing concerns.

The candidate should be fully conversant with all types of contracts and should have hands-on experience in executing contracts

Be able to leads negotiating teams and advise management on contractual risks.

Responsibilities include contract management and progress monitoring

Negotiating with project consultants, lawyers and resolving contractual issues.

The person should be aware of HSE codes, Acts, Laws etc.
