Potential candidates should possess the following experience and credentials
3 years of previous experience in a 5-star hotel or reputable restaurant for all front of house staff and 5 years of experience for senior back of house staff
Bilingual and excellent command of the English language are essential
The ideal candidates should have a strong knowledge of and passion for food and beverage service
