An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated Senior Administrator to join a highly successful chartered financial planning firm joining their Sports Division where you will be responsible for providing dedicated, accurate and efficient sales support service for Consultants, Clients and Clubs.

Job Responsibilities

A key part of this role will be to support the Client Support Manager in leading the Administration team, through many activities including;
-
Observe and supervise workflows to make sure that all company/team targets and objectives are met.

Assist to build and keep relationships between our client and Professional Football Clubs.

Adviser, encourage and train new members of the Administration team
-
Present pre and post meeting administration support to the sales consultants to make sure that successful and proficient client meetings can take place
-
Present an efficient link between client and consultant, ensuring they are kept up to date in all financial affairs

Make sure that all client information is stored correctly, meets compliance requirements and in a timely manner

Plan invoices for work completed for clients
Job Requirements
-
One should have basic knowledge of financial planning, mortgages, insurance, investor visas and corporate services

Capable to build and maintain effective relationships with high profile clients, clubs and consultants.

Having experience in a senior administrator role or experience supporting/deputizing for a manager/supervisor, leading and motivating a team.

Having 02 years of previous working experience for an IFA
-
Diploma/Certificate in Financial Services/Planning (Highly Desirable)
Salary and Benefits

Salary up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
