Description
A multinational company dealing with Hospitality & Maintenance / Facilities Management Service in Qatar is looking for a Location / Unit Manager immediately
Job Requirements
-
Must have a Degree or Diploma in Hotel / Hospitality Management
-
Should be able to communicate fluently in Arabic and English
-
Minimum 05 Years experience as a Unit Manager or in similar position, preferably in an industrial catering company or 5 start hotel/ leading chain of restaurants
-
Responsible for running day to day activities, discuss the means Cost control especially Food cost and should be able to manage and solve staffs issues
-
Should maintain best quality food ensuring that safety regulations are strictly implemented/followed. Also, should be able to establish excellent relation with client/customers
-
Should have excellent employee management skills and should be able to motivate the staff, performance appraisal, conducting trainings etc
-
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel (familiar with other software's) and should be able to work on consolidating different reports for moth end invoicing and follow up with clients

Should have valid Qatari driving license
-
Should possess Food safety (HACCP) level 2 certification
